You will be responsible for Planning, Surveying & Costing of the project under the supervision of Project Manager. The ideal applicant will be highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask in order to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget. Job Description He is responsible to Assistant Project Manager for the following: (a) Cost planning, quantity take-off, estimating, tender and contract documentation. (b) Undertaking cost analysis for project work. (c) Review drawings, estimate the quantity and costs of materials. (d) Presenting the final cost plan. (e) Valuation processes are managed effectively, as per the applicable rules and regulations. (f) Accurate measurement and estimates of variations. (g) Act as a liaison between client and site managers/engineers. (h) Keep track of construction materials and inventory. (i) Production and agreement of final accounts and additional cost claims. (j) Collaboration and working as part of a team while working under the direction of PM and APM. (k) Liaison with teams to facilitate completion of tasks and project. (l) Assist in preparation of necessary documents for contracts close-outs. (m) Ensure responsibilities are fulfilled with high quality and in a cost-effective manner. (n) Perform any other duty assigned by Project Manager and / or Assistant Project Manager Preferred Skills : (a) Innovative thinking that leads to practical, effective delivery strategies to accomplish project activities, outputs, outcomes, and project impact. (b) Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and software applications. (c) Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines. Qualification / Experience Diploma of Associate Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) having more than 15 years relevant experience. Max Age Limit 30+5 years (General Age Relaxation will be admissible as per rules of the GoP). Additional Notes (a) The hired employee will undergo a 2‐3 months training period during which the employee will be on probation. The final appointment will be confirmed after completion of the training period. (b) Incomplete applications and applications with fake / false documents will be liable for rejection at any stage during or after recruitment process. (c) Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview and written test. No TA/DA will be admissible for test / interview.
