We are looking for a Secretary who wants to assist our company CEO in organizing our fast growing Solar Business. The right candidate will enjoy learning new tasks and taking on variety of responsibilities while working an up-beat, faith-based environment. Candidates of Rawalpindi and Islamabad or Surrounding DHA Phase-II will be preferred. Apply immediately. Job description are given below: - Assist CEO in day to day jobs. - Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary. - Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. - prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms. - Order files and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external clients & principals. - Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports. - Develop and maintain new and already filing system. - Anyother responsibility may be scheduled. Job Specification: - 02 years experienced as a Secretary required. - Proven work experience as a Secretary. - Familiarity with office organisation and optimization Techniques. - High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Integrity and professionalism. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Hardworking, enthusiastic, painstaker and dedicated.

Required Education

• Bachelor (14 Years) Degree in B.Sc from Higher Education Commission (HEC) Recognized Institutes with 2 Years Experience.
