Job Description
Responsible for drafting, countersigning, negotiating, signing, and implementing supervision of contracts for engineering, service, and procurement. Responsible for contract settlement management. Responsible for organizing the company's various business departments to carry out contract performance evaluation. Responsible for the organization and filing of company contracts, settlement, bidding and procurement, and performance evaluation data, and establish and update the ledger in time. Participate in procurement work such as bidding and inquiry, participate in commercial bid review, and compile comprehensive review reports. Participate in handling contract claims and disputes. Responsible for collecting and establishing local market price information for major equipment and materials in Pakistan. Responsible for collecting and establishing a resource database of local qualified contractors (suppliers, service providers) in Pakistan.
Required Education
- Bachelor (16 Years) Degree in Mba ( 2 Year Program) from Higher Education Commission (HEC) Recognized Institutes with 5 Years Experience.

Additional Information
1. Proficiency in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to draft contracts and negotiate contracts in English; at the same time master simple Chinese is preferred.
2. With 2 years or more of work experience in large-scale enterprises, and 1 year or more of relevant work experience in contracts and construction costs.
3. Master Pakistan's national procurement law, contract law, company law and other relevant laws and regulations.
4. Proficiency in using OFFICE office software.
5. Agree with the Chinese corporate culture, have good execution, communication and coordination skills.
