1) Interested candidates fulfilling mentioned eligibility criteria against the posts at Sr No.01 to 08 shall apply through online. Application form on website careers.dgip.gov.pk. Link is also available on official website at www.dgip.gov.pk. Hard copy of application through Dark/Post Cover/By hand will not be entertained.

2) Interested candidates fulfilling above mentioned eligibility criteria against the post of Sr No 09 to 16.Shall submit their application the post /courier directly to the Deputy Director (Admin) Director Immigration and Passports G-8/1, Islamabad on prescribed Performa available on official website at www.dgip.gov.pk along with attested copies of educational documents. Domicile and valid CNIC.By hand submission of application will not be entertained.

3) General age relaxation of 05 years will be applicable to the candidate as per Govt Rules.

4)Further relaxation in upper age limit is also allowed to the categories of  candidates as detailed below.

a) By three years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes. Buddhist Community, Recognized tribes of the Tribal areas.Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas.

b) By three years for candidates belonging to Sindh (R) and Balochistan for posts in BPS-15 and below under the Federal Government.

c) By fifteen years or the number of yearly actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan whichever is less, for released or personal of the Armed Forces of  Pakistan.

d) By ten years for disabled persons for appointment to post in BPS-15 and below.

e) By ten years up to age of 55 years for in service Government servants who have completed who have completed 2 years continuous Government service on the closing date for receipt of application.

f) By five years for widow, son or daughter of a deceased civil servants who died during service.

5) Person in Government service shall provide NOC at the time of Interview.

6) Successful candidate against the Posts mentioned at Sr No 1,3 and 8 have to complete mandatory NITB Course during 1 years of probation period.

7) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

8) No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview.

9) 2% Disabled quota as per Govt Policy will be observed.

10) Last date and time for closing of application is 21-03-2021 at 24 hrs. Application shall not be accepted after closing date.

11)In case a person who does not fulfill any of the provision contained in the Recruitment Rules of that post, the department may cancel his/her candidate and withdraw nomination of the candidate at any stage.
