PKG International Shipping and Logistics Ltd Company is hiring staff for Karachi office in Accounts and Finance department at " Assistant Manager Accounts " level candates who have been possessed the following key jobs qualifications and expertise. Job Discerption Assistant Manger Accounts: Organization’s long-term financial success and maintenance of annual compliance are the responsibilities of an Assistant Manager Accounts, in addition to various day-to-day activities. Depending on the organization and their scope of the business, "an Assistant Accounts Manager "can perform these tasks: 1.Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks. 2.Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions. 3.Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders. 4.Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them. 5.Manage payroll activities and release salaries. 6.Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors. 7.Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank. 8.Create daily reports for management and team members. 9.Must having knowledge of ERP Accounting modules.

Criteria:
  • Masters (16 Years) Degree in Mba(Finance) , from Higher Education Commission (HEC) Recognized Institutes with 2 Years Experience.
