Job description
• Develop implementation plans for Industry-Led Training Programs. • Liaise with industries, business associations, chambers of commerce, and training providers. • Assist in identifying demand-driven trades and occupational standards. • Review training proposals and verify industry partnerships. • Monitor training delivery and compliance with NAVTTC guidelines. • Conduct field visits and prepare monitoring and evaluation reports. • Facilitate trainee placement, internships, and employment linkages. • Analyze training and employment data and prepare progress reports. • Training implementation plan. • Industry engagement and partnership reports. • Monitoring and evaluation reports. • Employment/placement tracking reports. • Monthly and final project completion reports. • Policy recommendations for improving Industry-Led Training Programs. • Perform any other assignment entrusted by the competent authority.
Responsibility
• Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field. • At least 5 years of relevant experience in TVET, skills development, industry engagement, project management, Planning & Scheduling or workforce development.
