Job description

National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan is an apex body that provides regulations, policy direction, and coordination for the Technical Education & Vocational Education sector in Pakistan. NAVTTC is required  an experienced below mentioned Short Term Expert (Media Coordination & Content Writer) on Short Term basis for 89 days (extendable) subject to satisfactory performance. Vacancies:01,
(Max Age 45 Years)  16 years education in English language / literature / social sciences / economics/ commerce. Preference will be given to MS/ M. phil in a foresaid subjects
 At least 05 years experience preferably in creative writing, media briefs, reporting, graphics, research material, narratives for social media posts with news articles, social media posts.
 Content for banners, meme, one pagers, dash board type data, graphs, Program descriptions, Case studies, whitepapers, and ebooks.
 Hands-on experience in making press releases, delivering high-profile presentations, social media material, on short notice, both in English and Urdu languages is a must.
 Ensure all content aligns with the organization's brand guidelines and communication strategy.
 Monitor media coverage and prepare media monitoring and performance reports.
 Coordinate promotional campaigns and communication activities across digital and traditional media.
 Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media partners.
 Support event communications, including press conferences, campaigns, and public awareness initiatives.
 Ensure timely delivery of all communication materials while maintaining quality and consistency.
 Prepare monthly communication reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), media reach, engagement metrics, and campaign outcomes.
 Must have good written / oral communication skills.
