• Should have cleared Intermediate or A levels (preferably graduate). • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. • Document knowledge from the clients. • Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile. • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. • Must possess good communication skills. • Flexible to work in day/night shift. • Candidates must have basic computer operating knowledge with good searching skills.

Required Education

• Higher Secondary in Intermediate ICS,Pre Engneering,Medical/A-Level from Recognized Institutes with Experience.
