ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate should be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Serving tea and lunch to office staff, as well as kitchen maintenance, office cleaning plus other day to day jobs as assigned by office administration.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Perform receptionist duties when needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualification is Matric from any Government approved Institution.
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Good in verbal communication and well-conversant with norms of public dealing and entertaining guests
Trustworthy, hardworking, sincere and devoted to duty.
Person with 1-2 years of relevant experience would be preferred
Permanent residents of Islamabad/Rawalpindi will be preferred.
The selected individual will undergo 2‐3 months of training during which he/she will be on probation. The final appointment will be confirmed after completion of the training period.
Pakistani Diaspora is highly encouraged to apply.
