Criteria:
  • Bachelor (16 Years) Degree in Bs (Hons) In Agriculture , from Higher Education Commission (HEC) Recognized Institutes with 2 Years Experience.

  • To visit farming areas for marketing of Bank's Agriculture Financing Products to establish contacts with farmers / potential clients. Guide farmers in completion of the application and other formalities for Bank Agriculture Financing. To make spot visits for verification of farmers field and revenue records given in the loan applications Timely processing of loan cases and completion of security/documentation required as per Bank's instructions and Prudential Regulations. To provide technical assistance to the farmers for proper utilization of funds and adopting new practices to enhance yield, productivity, and profitability of the farmer.To prepare/maintain regular MIS of field visits and data to provide required information to the management. To maintain liaison with Revenue Authorities and local community for identification/ selection of genuine customers/borrowers and timely recovery of bank's loans. To prepare documents for filing of recovery suits against the defaulters.
