NATIONAL VOCATIONAL & TECHNICAL TRAINING COMMISSION (NAVTTC)

National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan is an apex body that provides regulations, policy direction, and coordination for the Technical Education & Vocational Education sector in Pakistan. NAVTTC is responsible for planning, evolving, managing, and developing training plan, occupational standards, curricula, teacher training, accreditation, and certification system. NAVTTC is required an experienced Short Term consultant (Strategic Initiatives) for 89 days (extendable) subject to satisfactory performance, The role of Short Term consultant (Strategic Initiatives) to lead strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of critical projects across various sectors. The role involves engaging with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and adherence to timelines and budgets. The candidate will manage all project lifecycle phases from conception through completion, leveraging their extensive experience in public sector innovation and digital transformation.

Criteria:
  • Masters (16 Years) Degree in Master Project Management , Masters In Business Administration , from Higher Education Commission (HEC) Recognized Institutes with 15-20 Years Experience.

    Minimum qualification

    Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

    Experience

    ·         Over 15 years of progressive experience in project management, particularly in government or public sector environments.

    ·         Proven successful project delivery track record, ideally with experience in IT systems deployment and public health initiatives.

    ·         Strong leadership skills and experience managing large, cross-functional teams.

    ·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    ·         Experience in digital transformation projects and familiarity with modern IT infrastructure and software solutions.

    ·         Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar.
