Job Description
National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan is an apex body that provides regulations, policy direction, and coordination for Technical & Vocational Education sector in Pakistan. NAVTTC is responsible for planning, evolving, managing, and developing training plan, occupational standards, curricula, teacher training, accreditation, and certification system. NAVTTC is seeking an experienced Short Term consulant/expert for technical work and coordination to be engaged as Video Grapher / Video Editor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing engaging video content, as well as designing visually appealing graphics.

Turn text into
compelling video content for media dissemination. ·
Create visually
appealing and on-brand graphics for various media materials, including social
media posts, websites, and promotional materials. ·
Develop and
maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms. ·
Work
collaboratively to brainstorm and generate creative ideas for multimedia
projects. ·
Integrate
graphics and animations seamlessly into video content for a cohesive and
engaging viewer experience. ·
Stay updated on
industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance multimedia content. ·
Proficient in
video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic
design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). ·
Stay informed
about the latest updates and features of relevant software to maximize
efficiency and creativity ·
