NATIONAL VOCATIONAL & TECHNICAL TRAINING COMMISSION (NAVTTC)

National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), under Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is responsible for National Policies, Plans, Strategies & Qualifications Framework for TVET Skills sector; Designing & Implementing skill training programs to bridge demand-supply gap; Conducting Accreditation, Registration, Certification, Developing skill standards & curricula; Strengthening TVET sector through public-private partnership & Industrial Engagements and Maintaining databanks of skilled youth for their placement in industry.

    Procurement Specialist (Equivalent to PPS-08 or PPS-09) Vacancies:01, (Max Age 50 Years)

    Place of posting : NAVTTC HQs

    16 Years schooling degree (in any core Engineering fields, social sciences or relevant professions or Project Management, Economics or Accounting & Finance). At least 10 years of experience of procurement of goods, services for the Trainings / project management in Development sector (Projects in TVET sector or a reputed donor agency will be a plus) – A sound grip in PPRA regulations. Temporary posts on contract basis (for project duration only). Performance based 06 months renewal policy will be followed till the completion of the project period
